Cancellation terms
- Cancellation without cancellation fees is possible up to 8 days before arrival.
- In case of cancellation 7-4 days before arrival, cancellation fees are 50% of the total price of the reservation.
- In case of cancellation less than 3 days before arrival or in case of a no show, the hotel will charge 100% of the total price of the reservation.
SPA 2020 package
We have created the Spa 2020 package especially for clients who want to use a state voucher for SPA 2020 worth CZK 4,000/person.
FITNESS package
Active rest under the supervision of a doctor, physiotherapist and a custom diet – all this and much more is offered by the FITNESS package.
HEALING package for good health
The package contains two treatments a day that will improve your health, help with pain and ailments.
