A procedure that involves a massage and stimulation of various individual spots on the patient’s body (located on the back, legs and arms). It can be accompanied by different treatment programs focusing on a specific stimulation area (such as the legs, the entire body. etc.) using a jet of water in a water bath.
Inhalations
During this therapy, an aerosol mist is created using special ultrasound equipment. When inhaled, the mist has a positive effect on the patient's upper and lower respiratory tracts. The effectiveness of the treatment depends on the size of the aerosol particles inhaled and the active ingredients contained in the solution used to create the mist.
Indications: Conditions affecting the upper and sometimes the lower respiratory tract.
Dental Irrigation
A special device produces a pressurized jet of water, which is used to wash and massage the gums and the inside of the patient's mouth. This procedure has been proven to have a positive effect on the mucus membranes of the gums and on the supportive structure for the teeth.

Colonic Irrigation (Enema)
The mineral water is used for a cleansing irrigation of the colon. A specific amount of mineral water is repeatedly injected into the colon using a simple device. The water sometimes contains additional ingredients.
Indications: Colonic irrigation is used to achieve a cleansing flush, to treat stubborn constipation and certain conditions affecting the intestines.
Moor compress – Pelotherm
A hyperthermal procedure during which the specific heat of the peloid, heated to 46° C, is transferred to the patient's body. Due to the heat retention qualities of the peloid, this is an extremely gentle procedure that involves the slow and prolonged transfer of heat.
Indications: Diseases of the locomotive apparatus with an inflammatory, degenerative or post-traumatic character, diseases of the digestive tract, metabolic disorders, diseases of the respiratory tract, urological and gynecological conditions and conditions affecting the nervous system.
Group Exercise Therapy
This therapy includes general exercise and special types of exercise focused on any specific conditions of the patient. Indications:Disorders of the locomotive and the neuromuscular apparatus, limited mobility, muscular hypertonicity or hypotonicity and locomotive stereotype disorders.
Individual Exercise Therapy
This is the most important and most highly specialized method of rehabilitation. A mutual trust and collaboration between the therapist and the patient is critical in order to achieve positive results.
Indications: Disorders of the locomotive and the neuromuscular apparatus, limited mobility, muscular hypertonicity or hypotonicity, muscle strength disorders and locomotive stereotype disorders.
Group Exercise Therapy in a Swimming Pool
This procedure combines the benefits of exercise with the benefits of being submerged in warm water.
Indications:Relaxation, relief of joints, the need for easier exercise methods (usually used after degenerative conditions of the locomotive apparatus).
Reflex massage of the soles
This is a procedure during which the therapist puts pressure on the soles of the patient's feet and massages the reflex zones. The massage is based on the relationship between these reflex spots and the different organs in the body.
Indications: The procedure supports inner balance of the organism, relaxation, and reduction of the overall stress. It has positive impact on the reflexes, physical and psychological problems. It helps to eliminate pain.
Pneumopuncture
A therapeutic method in which small amounts of natural carbon dioxide from a medicinal spring are applied to acupuncture points to stimulate these. It is a combination of acupuncture and gas injections. The treatment results in the relief of painful syndromes and functional disorders. This procedure is performed by a specially trained professional.
Indications:Pneumopuncture can be used to treat selected disorders of the locomotor apparatus, leg ischemia, etc.
Sonotherapy - ultrasound therapy
This widely used treatment with ultrasound can either be undergone as a standalone procedure or it can be combined with a procedure using diadynamic currents. The chemical effects of this method are the release of free radicals, the production of peroxides and pH changes. The biological effects are increase in metabolism, hyperthermia, analgesic, spasmolytic and vasodilitation effects, and increase in the receptor excitability threshold.
Indications: Conditions affecting the locomotive apparatus, neuritis and neuralgia, Bechterew’s Syndrome, etc.
Mechanical lymph drainage
Assists in the drainage of lymph nodes and vessels using air chambers that are gradually filled by a compressor in the direction running from the distil towards the proximal parts of the body. After letting out the air the cycle is repeated.
Indications: Venous and lymphatic edemas, post-operative and post-traumatic conditions, selected neurological and dermatological conditions, constipation, lipedema, etc.
Diadynamic currents
A modern, widely-used electrotherapy method with mostly analgesic effects. This method uses the effects of a rhythmically interrupted, low-frequency direct current. Based on the characteristics of the current used, the procedure can be mostly used as a treatment during acute and sub-chronic painful post-traumatic and degenerative conditions of the locomotive apparatus.
Träbert Currents
This procedure uses currents of characteristic powerful effect on the chosen structures of nervous system. It is an impulse therapy using square pulses (pulse duration 2 ms, inter- pulse interval 5 ms) with a high-intensity direct current.
Indications: Myalgia, neuralgia, chronic inflammatory and degenerative conditions affecting the locomotive apparatus.
Interference Currents – Interdyn
An impulse therapy using low frequencies from 0 - 100 Hz. Vacuum electrodes can be used to enhance the effects (the application time is then reduced accordingly).
Indications: Chronic, inflammatory and degenerative conditions affecting the locomotive apparatus, circulatory problems and certain digestive disorders such as constipation.
Four-Chamber Bath (Hydrogalvan)
An electro-therapy procedure during which the patient's body is subjected to a direct galvanic current, while submerged in water.

Indications: Conditions affecting the arteries, veins and lymphatic vessels, ischemia, digestive disorders, conditions affecting the locomotive apparatus and degenerative and inflammatory conditions affecting the nervous system.
Laser Therapy
A special light that is amplified using a stimulated emission of radiation. The device produces coherent monochromatic radiation. The laser can be applied either continuously or in a pulse mode.
Indications: The non-invasive laser is mostly used for its bio-stimulating, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. This technique also has anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-edema and vasodilitating effects.
Biolamp
Biolamp uses a simple and adequately effective source of therapeutic bio-stimulating light that works on the principle of light polarization. The biolamp generates a polarized radiation, which is polychromatic and the chromatic component is filtered out. The therapy has bio-stimulating and curing effect.
Indications:Treating skin conditions, acceleration of healing of post-surgical scarring, alleviation of back and joint pain, dentistry and cosmetic applications.
Oxygen Therapy
Inhaling oxygen-enriched air (the oxygen rate is 40 – 60%). The air has an adequate level of humidity in order to prevent the dehydration of the patient's mucus membranes. The air is inhaled either by a nasal cannula or by a special face mask. The goal of oxygen treatment is better passage of capillary bed and thus in all tissues there are better conditions for blood circulation and tissue nutrition.
Indications:The therapy takes a great part in regeneration of all cells of the human organism, especially in the brain.
